Blend In or Stand Out

I barely noticed this plane because it had no markings, and the gloomy day made its white unmarked body inconspicuous.  But once I noticed it, I was filled with curiosity.

• What is that?
• Who owns it?
• Is it a passenger plane?  For whom?
• Is it a cargo plane? For whom?
• How is it permitted to fly?
• How does air traffic control identify it?
• Is it harder or easier to identify?
• Do pilots choose to fly these types of planes?

I've never seen this type of plane before, and I don't know anything beyond what Google offered.

This was a reminder though, that things exist (ideas, concepts, items, etc.), despite my knowing or not knowing about them, or my understanding of them.
